How to Make Your Legs Sturdy. Exercising is really necessary for us. Because we need to stay fit and healthy. Just exercise is not enough, but we have to sleep properly on time, and we have to eat healthy foods. However, nowadays, there is a virus pandemic that is currently still outbreaking. We still need to exercise and make a lot of sweat, like making our legs get sturdy.

Meanwhile, how are we going to exercise while there is a virus outbreak out there? Well, exercising our legs can be considered enough for a while. So, because of that, in this article, we will talk about how to make our legs sturdy.

Jogging

The first exercise is definitely the easiest, jogging. Jogging will make our legs get sturdy because there is an impact on our feet with the ground. The ground is hard, and every time we step, there is a pressuring process between our feet and the ground. This will make our legs feel sturdier than before, thanks to the pressuring process.

So, how are we going to do jogging while there is a virus outbreak outside of our house? We can’t go jogging outside of the house, but we can do it inside. If your backyard (or front yard) is wide, then we can go jogging there. If you have a stair, it will be better. Just going up and down the stairs is enough. It will make your thighs more muscular and sturdy too. However, you have to make sure that you repeat this activity a lot of times.

Cycling

Cycling is one of the best ways to make your legs sturdy. Moreover, it is easier than jogging. Why do I say it is easier? Well, since jogging creates impacts or there is a pressuring process on your feet with the ground, it will make your heart beat faster.

Unfortunately, I, the writer of this article, have asthma. Jogging can make my heart beat faster because I will run out of oxygen in my lungs. However, I don’t encounter such a problem when I am cycling. Moreover, I am always cycling from my home to school, and the distance is really far.

Cycling will still make your legs stay strong and sturdy. All kinds of exercise will give yourself some endurances.

The only problem is during the COVID-19 outbreak. We can’t actually go cycling outdoors as usual. Moreover, there is an alternative, which is the indoor bike trainer that you can buy in any sport-related store. However, one bike trainer is probably not cheap.

Squat Jump

This is the most accessible and the most hurtful exercise you can do. Accessible here means you can do it anywhere, even if you’re just waking up. You don’t need to go outside, so you can do it in your room.

In my opinion, it is the most hurtful exercise. I was born with weak feet, and squat jumps are really hurting me, but I don’t know about you. However, it is also the most effective way to make your legs sturdy in a faster way.
