The first thing you need to fix is your eating habit. Let’s just pretend that you really love food with a lot of carbs, such as bread. Well, that is the problem if you eat too much of them, even though you always exercise routinely. Well, carbs were actually the main reason why people are getting fat in a fast way, such as eating pizza and ordering stacks of them at night. That ain’t no good for our body, and it only gives us obesity. Worse will be an early death. Scary, huh?

Why? Well, saliva in our mouth is able to make carbohydrates turn into sugars, which is the main reason why we got fat faster. So, avoid foods with a lot of carbs if you really want to get slimmer and fit.

Fewer carbs, more protein, and more calcium

If we reduced our carbs portion, then add foods with more nutrients other than carbs, such as protein. Calcium can do the work too. The scheme is like this, 1/4 of your portion are carbs, and 3/4 are protein and calcium. Foods with a lot of protein have enough calories for us to do daily activities in the day.

Calcium will help you build your bones. It is best, especially if you are exercising routinely. With the bones built because of the calcium, it will make our body sturdy, last longer, and have some endurances.

Of course, exercising is not to be forgotten. It will burn our calories that still remain on our fats before we start to do a low-carb diet and exercise. There are many accessible kinds of exercise, such as push-ups, back-ups, pull-ups, and any indoor exercise we probably knew.

Meanwhile, we can also do outdoor exercises, such as jogging and cycling. Playing sports games can make you let out a lot of sweat as well, such as basketball, soccer, and badminton.
